May 12 - Mother, 32, accused of 'having $ex with daughter's boyfriend, 16, Having Baby

A mother-of-three has been arrested after allegedly having se# with her daughter’s 16-year-old boyfriend and giving birth to his son.

Mayra Gonzalez, 32, gave birth to a baby boy six weeks ago and told investigators that the father is her eldest daughter’s boyfriend – adding that she was still in love with him.

Orange County prosecutors have charged the Santa Ana woman with six felony counts of unlawful se#ual intercourse with a minor and two felony counts of oral copulation of a minor.

Investigators say Gonzalez had an ongoing se#ual relationship with the teenager, who is half her age, during a six-month period ending in December.

The suspect is accused of having se# with the boy six times between last July and December 24.
