Mar 21 - Gunman Blasting Away As Victims Cower

Philadelphia police Thursday released a dramatic video of a gunman firing into a Chinese takeout in West Oak Lane where three men were wounded Tuesday night.

The video shows bullets flying through a glass door as the men inside try to hold it closed while trying to avoid getting hit.

Another angle shows the gunmen pumping bullets into the door from outside.

The victims' wounds were not life-threatening. They all arrived at Albert Einstein Medical Center in private vehicles.

The shooting took place about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Chinese Food store on the 6600 block of North 18th Street, police said.

The suspect is described as a black male, 6-foot to 6-foot-2,l with medium build, beard/goatee, and wearing a dark colored sweatshirt with possibly a "Nike" emblem on the front, dark colored pants and baseball batting gloves.

ban Chinese takeout

the amount of chinese takeouts in this city is REE-DIC .... in some areas theres one on every block .. literally.

that'll never happen. those chinese restaurant owners dont give a damn about their customers. I've been in a few with no door at all as a result of !!s tearing them down. and in the winter time most of them don't even use heat. they are all bundled up in coats hats and scarves behind the bullet proof glass. one time I said to the chick u need to turn the heat on and she told me I needed to wear a coat. f.o.h. I refuse to patronize these est@blishments. these guys totally ignored the unwritten rule of chinese takeouts ... order ya food and wait the !! outside. once you're in there u are trapped. fortunately they saw this[..]assin coming. and yeah, someone is def gonna die as a result of this madness.
