i thought to myself...no thank you. you can keep it. im not sure why they held it but i didnt want no problems with the govt.
No actually you're dumb he meant its criminal in the sense that its just not right to sell any handbag for that kind of money. Not in a legal sense, just that its dumb for anyone to shell out that kinda bread

SO how is it illegal to sell $100,000 whether its real or fake. I can understand how that's illegal if you lied and told someone it was real. But if you know what it is, who cares how much you as a consumer pay.

This but to add on, these products are only fake because the company isn't getting paid off it. So as homey above said, let's say I'm NIke. I tell a factory to make 250k air max. They make 300k. Nike is aware & denounce them.remaining 50k pair as "fake" cause they only paid for 250 & Nike trying to make sure the other company don't wat off that 50k. Hats y a lot of the fakes look exactly the same quality wise etc.

[pic] Dumbass nicca, if you read the rest of the article you would see what he meant.

"While I am not smart enough to understand why someone pays $15,000 for a handbag, I definitely understand that women's purses, like shoes, are not something to be trifled with," said Callahan in a statement.

He's saying he thinks it's ridiculous for people to pay those type of prices for handbags. [pic]

i dont see how she made that much on a blogspot and a promoting on a forum.. she def fooled some people on deluxemall.com and they eventually had a legit check and snitched on her team.. She should've sold to people who knew the !! was fake for a lower price instead of trying to get people lol.

She could have a reliable account that she was not aware the purses were fake which is why she sold them a full price. Because here it is, Why is gambling, selling drugs, selling unlicensed liquor, and cd's and movies illegal? But its all Tax Free money. The government cannot get their cut. This is the biggest reason why drugs are not legal. Because while they can be taxed if sold in stores, the product that is not brought in stores is almost untraceable, too many people will be able to get money without paying taxes on it. Thats it

anything can be "tax free money" if you decide you don't want to pay taxes on it. being inside of a building doesn't give the government god-like vision over your books. a legitimate hermes dealer could say '!! taxes' just as easily as this chick (probably easier actually, being in a store with paper money). a vegetable farmer can hide his cash just as easily as a weed grower. an old lady selling homemade dolls can hide her cash just as easily as somebody making homemade liquor. a rapper selling his own cd from his car can hide his cash just as easily as the dude selling jay-z bootlegs. graphic designers could hide like gamblers. and so on & so forth. there are other factors at play than just taxes. if it was only about taxes, the government would have to make damn near everything illegal. especially stuff where people can control the bulk of their own production.

as for the purse chick: judging by her[..]ets and the massive paper trail she probably had online (ie. paypal reporting her earnings), she was probably paying taxes. if not, i'm sure they have enough info on her by now to hit her with some tax evasion charges (which they haven't). she just got jammed up for cheating people. (and i'm sure she has enough sense to notice something fishy about people paying her $16,000 for a purse she probably got for $100)

Hermes Resell

People do not know and do not understand about the world of Hermes Resell. These bags are very rare to find at an Hermes boutique. You have to be be a customer who buys several other Hermes goods such as ready to wear clothing and their less popular leather goods to even be considered to be offered a Birkin bag from a sales agent at an Hermes boutquie. You have to keep this up on a steady basis, or you will not be offered a Hermes Birkin Bag in the future. Therefore, this creates a very high demand and a much higher resell value for Birkin bags. Even if you are offered a Birkin you will only have select colors and leather types to choose from while a Hermes reseller may have several bags to choose from because they buy from different sources for the sole purpose of resell.

A Birkin is a luxury status symbol it is just as high in demand in the world of the wealthy as a Ferrari, Bentley, Lambo, etc.. People are on waiting lists for these luxury cars, and will pay crazy prices to obtain them quickly. A new Birkin to a woman in certain social circles is like a piece of crack to a dope phene. They will keep coming back to the store for new styles and colors to climb the social ladder. Hermes Birkin Bags are collected and highly coveted like luxury cars, fine jewelry, and art. They are also an investment. They have a very high resell value like jewelry and fine art. The very wealthy purchase exotic skin Birkins made of crocodile, ostrich skins, and Lizard raising the price for one bag upwards of $30,000 to $250,000 in some cases. There are Birkins out there that have diamonds on the hardware and have a resell value of 6 figures.

Hermes as a company has a brilliant marketing strategy that the other fashions houses don't know how to put in action to keep their high prices on luxury goods above average and sales always up. The average Hermes store makes 1 MILLION per month, and there are hundreds of stores worldwide. Do your research no Luxury store makes those numbers, not even luxury fine jewelry stores like Cartier and Tiffany s do those numbers in one month. Hermes has the game sewed up.

In the world of Hermes resell people do not deal with receipts it is not a industry standard. Its just like when you buy a luxury item from the pawn shop, or the consignment shop.

Yall know how the FEDS work, when they think they will have trouble proving a case, they lie cheat and steal and offer plea agreements full of lies and if you do not sign its going to be bad business. She probably didn't want to roll the dice and crap out.

There are Hermes resellers that have been in the game for many years who make millions of dollars doing the same thing this woman was doing. Don't be blind to the fact, your blind baby. Every business has complaints, but you cant complain when you don't want to give back the merchandise in question. How could they even judge if these knock offs were really knockoffs if they don't even have the item in question in their possession?

I'm sure this wasn't a con for this lady, but a legit business that is the reason why there is a paper trail. She probably was just selling some bags with receipts and some bags without. She is not the expert, how is she to know for sure a bag she bought consigned or from another reseller would be deemed as non authentic? I have to give her props, shes a real hustler.

When her friend was k!lled by her husband, I'm sure they had to do an investigation and they probably saw her bank records and saw that they both owned property so they deiced to seize that !!. It would be all too easy.[pic] as they are powerful and do not play fair. Two young black women making 6 figures that are not athletes or entertainers, but entrepreneurs. They wanted in.

Its all about politics. Replicas fuel the economy, the government will never really stop it. It is a billion dollar a year business. Did you know they even make fake Yamaha Motorcycles for exsample! Sleep on it, if you want too. Its crazy! It sounds like to me this chica is going to jail so the FEDS can profit from her seized property, they do it everyday. Its called[..]et Forfeiture. I hope she is vocal about this in the future and educates people on whats real. [pic]
