i understand how the cops can arrest in , they have evidence based on experience, that guns in theatres dont mix. this guy wanted to protect himself, felt strongly about it, made a statement by showing upBut in the end the law looks like it's going to win.

Right, I actually don't mind people who open carry or do a poor job of concealing because they easily identifiable. It's the hundreds of thousands you don't know that are the variable in a situation. Thug, hick, businessman, soccer mom, we are all afforded certain rights and should know and practice them.

To me this is no different from people who walk back and forth in the street openly carrying a gun just because they have the right and want to make a few cops look dumb on youtube.

There's gun nuts that live 15 miles away from a city out in the country and have 10 guns just for protection incase someone would ever come into their double wide trailer and take their 27" fat TV.

so when you get one of these gun nuts who want to go to movies, he's obviously gonna start bringing his gun with him due to the Batman !!.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong (not ddash, biff or any other of you racist, ignorant fools), but isn't "Open Carry" legal? Concealed weapons (not visible in plain sight) require permits. Openly carrying a holstered weapon (not brandishing) is not illegal, nor does it require a permit, from my understanding.

Let's not forget B.G. and his boys were arrested with weapons that had been reported stolen...Oh yeah, he's a convicted felon and, in case you forgot, owning a firearm as a felon is illegal. This cracker honky in the article purchased his legally and has his CCW...Try again [pic]
