2nd Come up with Scenarios of the incident and reason for the loop holes

The initial reports I saw that night said there were two suspects.
The second gas mask, riot shield and blood trial in the back are suspicious.
Why hasn't anything been said about camera footage?

CBS/NBC/ABC/FOX etc etc, put that information on the news because they are all told to.
