He had an[..]ault rifle. Kicked open the door, threw a gas canister, filled the theatre with smoke, and opened fire. Police couldn't get in there without gas mask.s Now, how is having a gun going to stop someone in a bullet proof vest, with a gas mask, with an[..]ault rifle? Unless you have a gas mask in your pocket with your gun, you're not getting any shots off. You're more likely to shoot an innocent person than skill the shooter with that kind of equipment.

I heard a rumor that someone in the front row got a phone call and went and opened the door. So he might have had an accomplice. But I'm not 100% on that.

Regardless, this !! is absolutely terrible. That's my hood too. 50 injured!!! RIP to those who lost their lives from a baby girl up to adults [pic]

I think he was talking about from the outside but it still doesn't matter since they are saying he propped the door open, went to the car to get the guns, and came back.

Yeah, but it allows opportunities for attention chicks to sneak in.. Either lock the doors, make them sound off alarms or lock them !!s until an emergency emerges

Yes, police with have helped. Not a regular citizen armed in the movie theatre being subdued with tear gas.

You not seriously gonna blame a parent for being a parent...doesn't matter what time the show started...the fact remains is its a Movie Theatre. You supposed to be safe at a Movie Theatre. Just cuz you have a child don't mean the world stop...that's like saying "who takes a 3 month old to Wal-Mart at 3 AM....cuz that's what reg people do. Some people can't go to the movies during the day and can't get babysitters that late. You sounding like they took the baby out to a club or something. Regular people live their life, they don't shoot people at the Movies.

They are locked from the outside with no doornob/handle

Im talking about locking them from the inside where security can press a button and unlock the door if an emergency happens.

This massacre happened b/c an acomplice let the k!ller in from the exit door

If the doors were locked, hed have to come in from the front.

If the doors had sirens, people couldve ran away faster

If the exitdoors had security, this wouldnt happen... But we shouldnt need that type of security at a !!ing midnight show
