First off "pal" the equation....or your suggested equation is missing two pieces of the puzzle....how he was shot and how was the man apprehended?.....which was not discussed ,....you spot the suspect have time to call for back up,approach the suspect weapon drawn[..]umely in the proper technique , and still get shot ....in the chest ? It's probable and sadly possible........but still odd that it did......probable cause......there is nothing wrong with viewing both sides of the spectrum.....unless there is proof.......which sounds like another probality than a absolute proof

I smell bull!!............how did you know he had outstanding warrants was he randomly searching people in the area?, And why would u approach a man wanted on gun charges off duty without your weapon? If the other police were there why wasn't the man shot at, or even able to pull his weapon and fire into the officers chest................Somebody is lying.......

funny story... about a year ago I was in what used to be a "murk Inc." hood in Hollis, I picked up 2 ppl n then headed over to Guy R Brewer... i drive out of the neighborhood n stop at the light at an intersection, start accelerating straight & next thing I know two 4x4 Tundras start beeping while flashing Cop Lights, they had me trapped at the intersection (1 behind me & 1 to the right of me)... I pull to the side of the road, NYPD DT's screaming jumping out of the Tundras pointing their handguns at my SUV... they had 1 K9 on them

I got my hands on the dash leaning forward laughing!! they take me out of my car, then threw me up against my SUV and did a full search on me... they violating me crotch searching me n !!!!! they suspected me of being a drug dealer n my friend as being a blood gang member lol... on the side of the street is one of Gillie Da Kids niccas laughing his !!ing[..] off!!!

in NYC the NYPD are legally aloud to conduct Illegal Searches!!! its !!ed up...
