i dnt get why he was givin the officer a hard time, u did somethin wrong give up ur ID AND TAKE THE TICKET.

It took a while for me to give up my ID one time after a cop illegally walked up on my friend's car and tried to act like he was pulling him over. How do you pull a car over on foot? My friend didn't want to be a !! so he re-parked his car and the cop asked for everyone's I.D. I ignored him for awhile because I kept telling him there's no way you can just walk up on a car and pull it over for no reason just to hassle us. Finally after he called back up and had us all posted up on his patrol car which was 30 yards away where he apparently was spying on us, had our hands on the hood and legs spread I just told him he was being ridiculous and gave him my I.D. 45 minutes later after figuring out we were doing nothing illegal or had any records he told us to "not take too long to get in our car when leaving the parking lot" [pic]

Another time, me and my boy got BANNED from a gated community on some bull!!. The night before we were hanging out with these girls and my boy was trying to start dating the one girl and ended up losing her car keys when they were fooling around after they climbed up on some big rock and were chilling up there, she asked him to hold on to her keys. He lost them and felt bad, so we dropped her off to her house and he went back to the place to look for the keys, I helped for about 5 minutes before I finally said, "Yeah, I'm good on this dude, I'm gonna go lay down in your car, have fun." Next thing I know I wake up and it's morning, but a cop is knocking on the window and he was PISSED. He immediately searched the car and swore we were going to get arrested. He said, "When I find drugs or alcohol you're going to jail..." Me and my boy were just so caught off guard we just started laughing and he got even more angry. Finally his back up came, and it was a black cop and he was waaay more level headed. We told him what happened and described how his partner was flipping out for some reason and he told us, "Yeah, don't worry, that guy's just kind of like that, I'll try and hurry this up for y'all." The first cop didn't believe the "Looking for lost keys" reason on why we ended up passing out in the car, so we asked if we could look more for the keys since it was day time out now while he searched the car, he reluctantly let us but warned to not leave his eye sight. Not to mention the school bus stop in the community was in the same area so the cop's patrol car was blocking the exit for the school bus so this dude was making the kid's late for school just to harass us. After finding nothing, us having no records, he finally wrote us a ticket that said, "BANNED from ____ community" [pic] Dude said if we ever returned to the community we'd get arrested. I couldn't believe it, "For trying to help a girl find her keys and sleeping in car to look again in better light in the morning? Whatever dude... sorry for trying to be a good person." Dude was pissed, me and my boy were just amazed at what happened right after waking up. So much so that we went straight to the store and picked up some Whiskey to drink because of how retarded our morning was.

I have legit 20 stories just like this about Florida cops. People think all cops are infallible and don't abuse power until it happens to them

My god that !! yelling is so !!ing annoying and stupid. It's not a fast food restaurant, they don't have a supervisor sitting in eir car who can come out and help her with her needs. Way a dumb !!. And regardless of how stupid jay walking is, the cops have the right to ask for our Id. And the guy keeps saying he's not resisting but he won't let them cuff him. That's resisting. Stupid[..] people. And the guy keeps asking for a statute to show him the crime, guess what? The cops don't have to who you !!. All that is settled at the station. I hate when dumb[..] people think they know everyone when all they're doing is making themselves look retarded.

Cooperating doesn't really make things easier. You cooperate and they still have you there for 45 minutes wasting your time.

The cops have the right to ask for our I.D. and we have the right not to show it. As far as dude in the video, he was clearly resisting. The cops have to have suspicion of a crime in order to detain you. He jaywalked and as dumb a !!ing crime as it is, it's still on the books as a crime so he technically broke the law which gave them the right to stop him.
