Does no one else see an issue with them being charged for 1st degree murk. Unless I'm missing a lot of the story, it sounds like manslaughter. murk 2 at best. He took a punch, fell and hit his head. It doesn't sound like the boys had intended to k!ll him.

One of the kids is Puerto Rican, the other I think half black. All three of these kids were Latin Kings. As badly as people want them dead, they will go to jail and they'll try to network instantly and hide behind the Kings for protection.
