Jan 11 - Husband k!lls Fake Burglar Sent by Cheating Wife

A cheating wife and her boyfriend were arrested after a man they sent to scare the woman's husband into moving out of their Pittsburg apartment was st@bbed to [rip], police said Wednesday.
Charmaine Taijeron, 28, believed her husband of eight years was taking his time moving out of their apartment on the 100 block of Leland Lane, said police Lt. Ron Raman. The husband, whose name wasn't released, had recently learned about Taijeron's affair, and the couple had decided to separate, authorities said.
Taijeron hatched a plan to stage a burglary, hoping to scare her husband into leaving, police said. She gave a key to a group of men and sent them to the couple's apartment, Raman said.
When one of them, Robert Lindsey, 49, confronted the husband with a fake gun, the husband grabbed a knife and slashed Lindsey's neck, Raman said.
The husband won't face charges, police said.
Taijeron; her new boyfriend, Matt Parker, 22; his brother Charles Parker, 21; and Jimmy Salgado, 21, were booked on suspicion of murk. They are being held at Contra Costa County Jail in Martinez in lieu of $1 million bail apiece.
Prosecutors could charge the four with murk under the state's provocative-act doctrine, which holds accomplices responsible when a crime partner acts in a way that leads to [rip].
