I hate people that don't know how to act towards people who work in customer service. Old lady just doing her job. She don't deserve to be disrespected and harmed like that.

I don't care what petty thing this lady was mad at. You don't do !! like that.

u know, i didn't take this as serious as u did.. but the way u wrote that post, has me like:

That's real bro. I hate people who feel like just because a person is working in a certain job that they can treat them like !!..

Like I get sick when I see how people who are working a fast food or labor job are treated by otherwise decent people.

It's like, just because somebody is working a job that you think is "beneath" you, doesn't mean you can treat them like they're sub-human.

I totally agree, I've seen this a countless number of times within fast food, retail, etc. Its kind of sad to see this type of !! happen especially when you know they (the worker) are trying to keep a good attitude while they are being straight disrespected.

I remember a time, a young man at target was bagging some stuff for a customer ahead of me and you could tell the kid was new and felt overwhelmed with a ton of people in his line. You could continuously hear people loud sighing and making rude comments while he was trying to do his job. When it was my turn, my lady and I ended up asking him if he was a new employee and from there we told him to relax and take his time. In my opinion, words of encouragement can do a lot for a person in his position because I'm sure we all have been in his position.
