		Georgia State classmate are mourning the loss of a student who was fatally shot overnight in southeast Atlanta. Police said 23-year-old Ayokunle Lumpkin, of Kennesaw, was a four-year player for the GSU soccer team. One student told Channel 2 Action News that an accident involving her SUV led to the gunfire that took Lumpkin’s life. She and her parents came to pick up her black Hummer from the home on Milton Avenue on Sunday morning. The student said the tragedy began with a driver passing by, hitting her Hummer that was parked outside the residence.Sources said that’s when Lumpkin went after the vehicle, caught up with the driver and got into an argument. Moments later, shots were fired. “It was a dispute that took place; a verbal dispute,” Atlanta Police Sgt. Robert Porter said. Police said Lumpkin was shot in the chest and died at Grady Memorial Hospital. People in the neighborhood said they are shocked to learn about the young man’s [rip]. “That is ridiculous that someone had to get k!lled that didn’t even know what was going on. Just trying to save someone else or you know,” Tiffany Johnson said. Witnesses provided a vehicle description, license plate number and physical description of the suspected shooter. Police have not yet made any arrests in the case. Sounds like there is more to this story.

1. Chick and her family pick up the Hummer while this simp spits game.
2. Individual drives by hitting aforementioned Hummer and keeps going.
3. Simp chases down driver that hit the Hummer in question.
4. Argument ensues aka "a nicca moment".
5. Simp takes 2 to the chest and the driver leaves.
6. Simp dies in the hospital.
7. People at the scene dropped that dime on the driver who got away.

So there you have it folks. He had no business chasing that car down and getting involved. Should've left that to the owner of the vehicle, their insurance company, and the police. There is probably more to this story, but either way he shouldn't have been trying to be a hero.

If you feel there could be more to the story, then how are you at the same time trying to marginalize this student and say he was trying to be a hero for a female? You're talking from both sides of your mouth.

He was trying to be a hero for the woman, I don't see why else he would feel the need to get involved. From your prop comment you seem to be taking all of this personally. I'm not saying he deserved to be shot, but he shouldn't have put himself in that situation.

When I say there is more involved I was talking about the driver. We still don't know if he was under the influence and/or knew the victim or the woman whose car he hit.
