Second of all, the answer it gives is 1. We are that 1.
The drake equation has been ma#sively improved by other scientists.

The number is not 1

Wow. You obviously have no !!ing clue what you are talking about. "80% of the whole universe is composed of stars not planets?" lol, Probably almost every single star has at least one planet revolving around it, and most likely multiple planets. There are billions if not trillions of planets out there, a lot of which are similar to Earth. You say "none of the stars can host life since they're either too hot." Wtf are you talking about? Stars can't host life. Planets that orbit around stars host life. You do know that our Sun is a star right?

There are billions of stars throughout the Universe, many of which we cannot see. We can only see so far, which is basically nowhere compared to the size of the Universe. The planet they are talking about is only like 20 light years away.

Mankind just recently went to their own moon. We haven't even been to the next planet over from us. We have basically done nothing in space yet. Hopefully we will all live to see our planet finally become part of the bigger picture...

finally, this would show that religion is just a thing that man has invented...or that there are other similar religions on these other planets.

we're gonna end up going there...there's going to be no advanced civilization...but there are going to be animals/creatures that aren't on earth...that will definately eat us...or some possible mutated reptile, the size of Godzilla, running around destroying everything...

i hate the thought of us going to other planets, either we're going to get preyed on by predators or we're gonna run into a civilization similar to ours, but smarter than ours, that will completely destroy us...

we'll be f!ghting with nukes, there gonna bring some kind of laser !! that will just straight !! us up...

i believe if there is another society similar to ours, they are more advanced, and probably don't divide their world into countries/regions, instead they probably all work together (much like communism) and probably don't have war on their planet, but are much more prepared for a war than our world is...being we can't even come to agreements on simple !! in our world, we f!ght eachother, so while we f!ght eachother, the other world has an easy opening to just make us distinct...

If you take the best case scenario then you might get some microscopic bacteria-like creatures that exist somewhere billions of light years away. Otherwise, we might be the only intelligent creatures in the universe.
how do you know that the universe is 13.7 Billion years old???from the books??homie, they guessing too..nobody know how old the earth or the universe is.
