i got that invite to register for the MAG beta and signed up same day but never heard a damn thing about it so i take it i wont be getting in..shame as ive been in every beta for psp and ps3 with no question...!! during E3 sony sent me a code for uncharted beta out of nowhere..oh well, will be too busy with modern warfare 2 to give MAG a second look.

It's been like that since the beta started. While yes it's not good it's online for X amount of hours but what they are doing is testing their servers big time by having a bunch of people sign on all at the same time.

downloading, surprisingly only taking about 5 mins, idk just used to updates and downloads taking forever i guess.

edit: god damnit i knew it couldnt be that easy. the beta is only like 300 mb. now the servers are online and i got 2661.35 MB of updates to receive.

which basically means i hope to have downloaded the updates during this first 3 hour run so maybe the next time its online i can !!ing play, but i doubt it.

man !! this stupid beta

so i just get back home and had left my ps3 running for the past 3 hours. had been signed out of the playstation network. ud think ya well it probably downloads in the download management. ha youd !!ing think huh. so i gotta update this !!ing game that if i remember correctly is the size of !!ing warhawk and cannot do it in the background, so therefore i cannot resume download, and probably cant stay connected to the !!ing ps network long enough to do so.

and what i hate most, playstation is so embarrassed about the downloading they dont even tell us what the rate is. i want to know exactly how slow im downloading.

and has anyone been able to access the mag beta private forums. i really want to tell them how the game is already unplayable. i have to indispose my ps3 for the next x amount of hours to download just for a glimpse of hope to play in a 3 hour time slot. that i have to balance my schedule around.

I finally got in but only got to play for 15 minutes or one match .. I actually like the game alot :dancingcool: ..

EDIT: I started downloading at 12 and it didn't finish until about 2:40 .. I have a 10mb/s connect so if urs is faster it shouldn't take as long as mine did .. But I will be on it tonight from 7 sharp until they pull the plug on me LOL ..
