YMMV means your mileage may vary, as in don't come in here b**ching if you have no such luck. you should price check the item if its in stock and make sure its listed at the clearance price. if getting someone to open up the glass case is worse than pulling teeth, you can print out a bar-code of the item you want and price scan that instead.

I called four Sears in my area, 2 of them didn't have the 120gb HDD, one of them said its price was $120. I might peak in the closest Sears (which is the one who says they have it for $120) and have them price check it, just to be sure. Keep in mind you might not always get correct information over the phone. And to be blunt, some douchebag in electronics might tell you it's not there because you just made them aware of a great deal and they'll be buying it at the end of their shift.

Sears has Lips with the two wireless Mics on sale for around $20. You can use these Mics for games like The Beatles Rock Band. They also have plenty of games for $5.

Now onto K-Mart:

120 GB HDD - $15
512 MB Memory Units - $5
Charge Station Nyko - $3
Charge Station Black Nyko - $3
Guitar Hero III bundle - $7
Live Vision Camera - $4

Not as good of a selection as Sears, but they do have a lot of different games for different systems on markdown. I'm only highlighting the 360 stuff cause I'm an Xbot, duh.

The K-Mart stuff was last updated like Oct 20th, but the Sears stuff was last updated Oct 30th, specifically the 120 GB HDD.

people at CAG have, if you're a member go through the last few pages of the Sears thread, you'll see someone in there says they picked up 2 of the 120gb HDD's at the clearance price.

you're bound to have more luck at a K-Mart or Sears thats not in a busy area. and remember to price check it, just to make sure.

FYI never ever ever call on deals like this. You alert the employees to the deal and most likely theyll tell you the wrong info and keep the product for themselves. Since these deals are so great then make the trip and have them scan the item (or enter in the bazzzzz to the scanner).
