another suggestion i'd vouch for is an auction draft. honestly imo in a league this big, it's a must. u could be waitin 40 picks between your picks, which could !! you. auction is an online option in yahoo, it's entirely fair (ie. you don't get preference to ANY player) and you gotta know your !!.
