Need graphic designer! National companies!$$$paid$$$

A little about me: I am a Brand Development/Media Marketing specialist who has helped build urban street wear brands such as Kid Genius Clothing (kidgeniusclothing.com), Greedy Genius Sneakers (greedygenius.com), and FLiBY Clothing (FLiBYClothes.com). I recently have branched off and decided to work for myself.

What I am looking for: I am finally have the credentials and resources to branch out on my own and build my own brand but since I am no longer working with these companies I no longer have free use of their respective graphic designers. I have a web development team, and media marketing (photography/video/etc) team in place but need a dedicated in house graphic designer who can be the lead designer on these projects. Ideally this person is my age (18-24) and is in tune with streetwear and high end urban culture. In addition to the streetwear line, I have currently signed on to rebrand a division of an already est@blished prepaid wireless company to cater to the 16-28 year old urban crowd, which will compete with Boost Mobile. Currently I only have about $1000 to pay however once the product line and wireless companies launch there will be more capital to compensate your work. Also, once the ball is rolling there is opportunity for equity in the wireless and clothing brand and all future projects. Finally, if the $1000 isnt enough initially, we can work out a trade/barter for your services including but not limited to: Video work (shooting/editing/etc), free clothes/shoes from my other clients (FLiBY, Greedy, KG, etc) school credit, etc.
