Sep 5 - How Do I Uninstall WindowsME with Win98 Bootdisk?

My OS got all messed up and it doesnt boot I wnaa get the compute rrunning again I dont hav the ME disk so i just want to uninstall it

I have an Win98 Bootdisk just what's the correct command to uninstall it

you really can't "uninstall" it.. you'd pretty much have to whip the drive and install fresh again.

try using the fdisk utility on the windows98SE boot disk, after the floppy loads....type 'fdisk' and from there delete the active partition and create a new one
