...what can we do to also live a decent life? There has got to be a way around working for paychecks in life. Got a clue? Have an idea? Spell it out.

I want a think tank on this with me.

At the end of the day I want to find a way to live decent without having to work in life. Too many job cuts going on in this society. Too easy to fall into debt in this society nowadays. I'm facing the truth that society failed me. So get ready on a new dawn of finding ways to live decent around having to get paychecks.

The way I look at it is I'm too good to try to find a job in this lacking jobs society. And I dont have enough money to start a decent business.

I worked 3 jobs, 2 full time to start my own business. I've had 3 businesses fail where I lost everything. I did the corporate gigs for way too long and I will never go back to that life. I would rather be my own boss, successful or not than ever rely on somebody else to make me money. Just got to keep grinding, but it is the building of businesses that keeps me happy. I love the challenge. Just have to find outlets, something you excel at, and turn that into a money maker. It isn't nearly as difficult as people think, they just let negativity cloud their true potential. You don't need a lot of money to start a decent business, you just need a creative mind.

I'm all for owning your own business and I do think it's a great route for people that don't want to work for someone else forever. But you have to be willing to start somewhere. If you don't have enough money to start a decent business then you're going to have to work until you do. Having your own business isn't the way to "live decent without having to work in life". Most business owners work MUCH harder than your typical 9-5 worker. But it sounds like you really need to put some goals in place. Download It's an Excel worksheet for calculating the cost of your ideal lifestyle. Once you finish, it should give you an idea of how much $ you need to make per month/year to afford the type of lifestyle that you want to live. If your lifestyle is pretty modest all the better. But once you find that number, start figuring out what you are willing to do to get you there.

I think i know what you mean by this, and the only answer I can give you is try starting an online business.

There are two ways you make money online. selling YOUR own product, or selling someone elses as an affiliate.

There is ALOT more to it than this, such as buying a domain name, web hosting, designing the website, getting traffic to whatever your promoting. I could keep going...

Making money on the internet is possible but it also takes work, once your set up its pretty much just maintenance work to your site, which sure as hell isnt 9-5 :dancingcool:

All your replies havent helped/answered the mans question @ all.... try and contribute something more than smileys and maybe we could have gotten web search a good answer by now.

Again, making money online comes down to two diff. categories. selling your own product, or selling someone elses.

I currently dont have my own product but its in the making. right now i sell things such as background checks, domain names, travel packages, printing: business cards, brochures, flyers etc.

know someone that owns a business? they need business cards? flyers? if they buy through your link. you get paid.

know someone that needs a flight? hotel? they buy through your travel link. you get paid

you could even post your affiliate links on your facebook or twitter, if ANYONE buys through your link you get paid

ask me how. I may just post the link here. the program is free to join

Read a good book and learn how to make money with money. You want your money to work for you, not work all your life for money.
