how much money you make off it?

I don't know I'd take the risks myself it's the only way to learn. Your still young but you should learn there's nothing more powerful then making your own money cause then you don't have to fall back on nobody.

I think investing student loan money is illegal if it doesn't qualify as personal expenses, living expenses, or educational needs so you'll have to fiugure out a way to work around that if that's the case. If you think about small businesses or services you can provide for people then you could plan ways to fund your operation.

No !!^^^^but really once you get it direct deposited into your accnt it gets harder and harder to trace.

But question to OP, what school are u in to have gotten your refund already?! Is it a private loan or gov-secured loan? (Subsidized, un-subsidized

Man, just put that money in a savings account until you learn up on some !!. If you are going to blindly invest money you may as well drive up to NY toss $2k out the window on Wall Street and come back home.

If you're getting that much money back in student loan refunds, you're borrowing too much. Just use the money to repay your loans. The money you make on investing probably won't be greater than the interest accrued on the loans you have.
