If your willing to do whatever for money go ahead dog. But your boss is just as american as you are !! black people built america with afros and cornrolls all of a sudden it scares whites in 2012. To many black ppl are willing to compromise themselves for this same corporate america and this is why your facing this problem stand firm in your beliefs or fall down the choice is yours.

f all this racist !! they are spuing....if you wanna look professional and have a respectable job then cut it, if you wanna get on your malcolm x podium like some of these posters(prob dont have jobs or work at mcdonalds)then keep it. its all about sacrifice.

think about it:

your girl wants you to cut it, you could move up in your career, hell you could even broaden your socail endevours.

the only plus to keeping it is pleasing yourself, which you arent even sure if you want to keep em.
