well i finally got my llc papers sent in i was being lazy and i also have my duns and bradsheet number as well. would it be a good idea if i should pay them the 300 bucks so they can put on my business credit that i'm good? or try it myself.

I have:

business name
business tax ID number
And LLC papers sent in

and now i have to get:
business tax
business permit.

and the dreadful business plan So i can get some dough.

Also i would recommend that some of you apply for grants and stuff. i've heard that s**t comes in handy for when banks want you to put some of your money down you can use that as a start up fee.

and i also have business plan pro if anybody wants it.

it all depends on how the irrs classifies your business if its a partnership then ur pretty well off it can be a normal llc a partnership a s corporation or a c corporation i believe but id ask sumone in the thick of it about that but good luck yall im doin mine when im done with school

nope every 2 years, and if u miss the deadline by 30 days the cost doubles

i got all my s**t , had my own apartment painting business for 5 years, and it really sucks right now because of the economy, noone is moving in , so its pretty much dried up. when i pay my taxes im always scared about that s**t. i use my business banking checkcard for everything i buy. the only problm is if u lie any and the irs audits your ass you better have your paperwork ready with all the proof.

my boy had the same thing and the irs auditted his ass and then came to find out he owed them like 4500, so he was trying to pay them back. but the irs does not play, one day him and 2 girls were headed to miami for the weekend and he packed his s**t up, well on the way he went to take out money from his account and it was empty, the irs wiped his account out. they can go right into your bank account and take everything out so you better be careful. my advice to yall would to be to try to get your business going instead of trying to come up a few g's, cause if you get caught ,you will pay more than what u got.

LLC's are usually good insurance measures so that if your business goes under you won't lose your house, car, boat, etc etc
