| I want to tell this hustle so bad... but it hasnt been 7 years yet... i'll get to it later otherwise. I rose to make $60,000 a year on ebay.. until ebay started copying sellers ideas. I started back in the 90's when Dell sold their returns on their website, so i would post it up and drop ship them. I found the Secret of ebay ... when you're buying things to sell FROM ebay. only buy 1am to 5am . 1.Most people up that late selling on are desperate for the cash. 2. Prime time for ebay is 8-11 ( more people are on at that time than ANY time , so prices shoot up. and that makes it the perfect time to sell. My first hit was a Sony VX2000 camera for $1000 at 3am. I sold it the Next night for 2200 from all the bids then i made the MISTAKE that lots of people make. I fell into the ebay TRAP of not making my own website to sell goods, it just felt easier to sell there. Then they start raising fee's, changing the rules, copying, holding your money for MONTHS. Before you know , it fell apart. my last HIT was when Kobe Bryant had a 80 point game (BEFORE YOUTUBE) I found it online, made a DVD with a nice cover , sold it for 5 bucks a piece... Woke up with 2500 dollars in my paypal !! I sent DVDs to Australia, Japan, Africa. it was fun. i saved all my dough, went back to school and here I am. if this were more private id tell you some more.... | |

And the cost of the padded envelope .20 the paper sleeve .10 , DVD .25, label for envelope, .10 printing .10 So maybe $1.50 total cost each I deduct from profit everything that costs me money. Just like Walmart. For shirts use tyvek paper envelopes . REAL cheap but they're just like the priority mail envelopes. Make sure you account for every little thing you spend money on, Then you price accordingly so you dont fool yourself into thinking you,re doing well | ||
