This. Or a food truck that's open late at night for the drunk people. All the restaurants here that are open still after bars close are always packed....with drunk people.

Like they said either food or drinking est@blishments. But be prepared for LONG summers and winters when the kids are on break cause usually college towns are mainly populated by the kids attending classes so when school is out, you'll be hella slow.

i always thought that a barber shop in a college town that caters to college students would be a good idea... can never go wrong with housing either

Hookah is always huge in college towns. Cheap food and late night foot spots.

During my college days I started a moving company.... The only startup costs for me (I didn't have insurance) were the cost of flyers. I usually used a u haul so I would charge mileage based on the U haul rate. I would use friends to help me and pay them like $50 a person. The best part about this is that most people in college towns lease would run out at about the same time (summer) so I would stay real busy when school was out and on the weekends. I got a google voice # and used it as the biz #..... You can also advertise for free on sites like craigslist so that allowed me to keep my prices low and still make money
