Majority of AAPL is owned by institutions, not retail investors. Cramer has absolutely no influence on AAPL or any other major market cap stock or large float stock. He can't effect those.

WOW! You guys have really helped me out. I just opened up a brokerage account with Schwab...
I'm going to start off by splitting $1,000 in about 3 different stocks, so I haven't invested yet, still doing my research. I'm going to start writing them down everyday like Rique said. Stocks I've been looking at are PEIX, S, and EDL.PA

There are a lot of good long term stocks right now if you want i can message you a few. Analyst have estimates on some of these appreciating by over 100% I bought a few today. Ill update on my progress at the end of the week and let you know what Im up or down on new stocks

^^ IMO right now is not a good time to buy and hold. The markets are nearing all time highs.

Rique, not sure what stocks you're talking about that are good long term holds, but I'm[..]uming they're small caps. Because at these levels there really isn't anything that's priced low.

I prefer to buy and sell every couple days. If I make a dollar or two a day, that would be a great start. If I see a company I think is worth holding maybe I'll hold, but idk yet.

yeah these are small cap stocks with strong potential growth some are international stocks not just us brands

Im still riding EQIX until it hits my target of 150

what company do you guys use to trade? etrade, scottrade, schwab?... and isn't there a higher fee for trading international stocks? That's what I was told when I asked about EDL.PA (Euro Disney)

If i was you I wouldn't put all my money on risky stocks you gotta buy at least one safe stock to balance your portfolio. I pay $7 no matter what the stock is

I've been getting interested in stocks as of late and been eyeing apple's progress these last couple of days. They were at like 545 Sunday and now there at 583. Are these trends semi-normal? And as a dude tryna learn, can y'all suggest any good books or sites I might start with?

Apple is a rare stock right now. I expect it to be similar to google rise over 6 then stop mid way then itll be less volatile

Apple went as high as 594.72 today Im about to sell most of my shares soon. thank you apple for so much free money in a week!
