Im running Ubuntu on all my systems. hands down Ubuntu is the most st@ble system in my opinion. it needs a bit of work, but its free and that automatically puts it above windows and OSX in my opinion.

This is huge though because it will allow you to run android and ubuntu apps at the same time and also take calls, send texts, etc while running Ubuntu.

it takes a bit to get used to at first if your coming from windows. its very similar to mac (since they are both linux based). once you get used to it, the possibilities are endless. you can literally develop apps and modify any application's source coude with the click of a button. you dont have the option in windows and macs since people will just screw !! up.

I just modified my webcam to run on skype by editing skype's source code (since my webcam was only compatible with windows). im new to developing and programming but its easy to learn the basics using linux. it gives you a broader perspective and an inside look at the processes of a computer's hardware and software.

of course its much bigger than just running a PC OS on a phone. if its a fully functional ubuntu, such as the computer version, then you would literally be able to create apps, modify an app's source code, and more just from your phone.

this would definitely give google an edge over apple, even if people dont know about source codes and app development. people would still buy it since its a computer interface on a phone.

actually mac was based on nextstep. NeXTSTEP was based on mach kernel (the kernel was made as a bsd replacement for unix) and BSD soure code.

i wouldn't say compiling from source is as easy as "one button". lots of !! doesn't "just work" by changing source code.

Yes but the point I'm trying to make is you can literally run your phone inside a window on Ubuntu's while your phone is running Ubuntu.. rofl swag
