nah i have the mytouch 3g i had the g1 for a lil less then a year it is now just sitting in a drawer doing not being used

You have to download the Application "Power Saver" Turn off the 3G and put it on 2G instead. That s**t works wonders

also dim the screen more to like 20%, the default brightness is too much

and i dont thing the mt3g battery is that much improved over the g1. i barely squeeze the battery for a full day

my phone is just f**ked to the point where if its flashing low battery and i put in on the charger for 2 minutes im back to 5 bars no exaggeration either.

I completely disagree the battery on the mytouch is on point. I work a 9 to 5 and i am gon most of the day and then class after work and when i get home about 9 or 10 in most cases my battery is still over 80 percent there. Between taskilller and the task killing program in toggle setting it keeps my s**t straight

jus get what u like and get a 2nd battery or extended battery. i had a 2200 mah on my dash and when i plugged it up at night it was never below 60%.
