My girl got a s3 and I've got an iPhone and I must say, it seems like the copied the iPhone(white with metal accents on the bottom, one centralized button to close apps). But I could care less cuz her phone pretty tight. Apple needs tonstep up with the next iPhone or I'm switching to android.

yea, the only problem is that when Apple gets something from Android then its

"look Apples using what we had 2 years ago lmao, !!ing biters"

but when Android gets something from Apple then its

i bought a Galaxy S3, used it, found some good stuff, some not so good stuff and i decided to give it to my brother and i went back to my iPhone 4S. im waiting on the reveal for that iPhone 5 though to see if i stick with my 4S or pull the trigger on the 5

yall do realize weve only heard apples argument so far right i'd hope that they'd have some type of argument other wise this was pointless

i fully expect samsung to refute most if not all of apples claims

Are you talking about stock iPhone? Or Jailbroken?

I had to be without a jailbreak a few years back for 3 months.
That !! was the worse.
Now a jailbroken iPhone is a different animal. I agree with the poster a few post before me;
If apple doesn't step it up, I might go check out the next Galaxy.
I actually was contiplating on making a thread, (More like a list)
Of everything I can do with my iPhone. Then I wanted to ask how people do the same things on Android. I think this would be the most effective way of getting people to open up to new OS's.
Instead of all this back and forth !! talking.

Damn! Seem like some info like dat is major to patent-infringing suit, but like the article said, the info has to prove it infringed on the patents themselves, and not just a rectangular phone.

I love my SIII, but I still like the build of the iPhone 4 more than any other phone, and they handle podcasts better, but that's not gonna cut it in 2012. Not for me at least.

A stock SIII is !!ting on a jailbroken iPhone. Period. It can do everything and more. The customization options alone are ridiculous.

how's the battery life treating you? I know that was one of your biggest peeves about the Evo and music playing
