I'm not satisfied with my curve, ever since I updated it, it restarts itself whenever it wants, is there way I can upgrade my phone, I'm not eligible til'12 tho

I work for sprint.

I have question. I want to add my gf to my family plan but sprint keep telling me that I cannot add anyone because Im on that spending limit crap and i have to pay my bill on time and not have a disconnection for a continuos 12 months. But I feel like that some bull!!. Is there anyway around that so I can add her to my plan?

No.. You can maybe open it in her name.. Sprint has some of the lowest deposits of anyone.. At the worst its like $50 if that... but as far as adding a 3rd line with an ASL account you can't unless you follow that 12 months in row with on time payments. They are very firm on this and I have never been able to talk one into adding a line for a customer that has not completed that.

Quick question i bought a used Evo a few months back now and really wanna return it for a boxed one. Anyway to exchange it without any Hassle/fee? I do pay for insurance.
