I went to check them out today and ended up copping the GSIII. Never liked how it look, but when I actually got my hands on it [pic] Copped the white one. This phone is a secksy beast! The HTC One was straight, but this is much nicer. Hope my experience with Android is better this time around.

hardware wise? not feeling it bruh. phone still feels cheap and flimsy. i feel like if i drop it once, its over. and i got a case on it and still feel that way after seeing the drop tests on youtube. i might sell this and get something else whenever htc brings some new !! to tmobile that has an expandable memory slot.

i dropped my g2 over 50 times...two of them were TERRIBLE drops outside on concrete while I was running and my back cover and battery came off, phone booted right the !! up with no cracks on screen. sure, it had a bunch of scratches on the case and screen, but it still worked, which i dont think would be the case with this phone

if you are used to htc build quality, you are gonna have a hard time adjusting to this phone.

I DO like the phone...but not the hardware. if you a clumsy nicca dont get that !!

Why do you guys make a big deal about the gs3 build quality?
I know it's plastic but it still looks nice. And we all know you're gonna put a nice case on it.
Everyone that I've showed my phone to has yet to complain about the build quality.

I'm not making a "big deal" of it, I was directly asked about it...

have you ever owned an htc phone? there is a clear difference in buil quality, which I pointed out...so while it may not be a big deal to YOU, it is to others. even the guy selling me the phone at the store admitted the gs3 was a better phone specs wise (he owned the one s), but he couldn't deal with the cheap plastic feel...which I respected but I couldn't deal with no memory in he htc one s he has [pic]

so to say its not a big deal is not true because some people will make their purchasing decision based on it...

He pushed the S3 moreso than the One X, but he said they were both good phones. He talked up the Beats audio on the One X, but he clearly thought the S3 was the best phone. He couldn't stop talking about it. He was !!ting all over my Lumia [pic] I tried to talk it up, and he pulled one of his own out of his pocket and just was like [pic] I still think it's a good phone though.

What put it over the top for me was just how the phone looked. I liked it more than the One X. I like how this phone's Camera is a little more flush with the phone than the One X's was. I also like the glossier finish as opposed to the matte finish. I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase so far.

hardware wise the G Nexus feels cheap... but that Super AMOLED screen [pic]... and I put a case on it so the cheap feeling went away

It's funny how dudes act like HTC POS phones have iPhone quality build structure. The iPhone is the only phone that can put Galaxy S phones to shame in terms of build quality, not an HTC POS. [pic]

I've played with a couple of HTC phone. Last HTC phone I owned was the pro touch 2. Best keyboard ever.
And I do care about the build quality and yes HTC does have the better build quality compared to the gs3. But I don't see that as a deal breaker. At least it's not like the iphone all glass = all hope is lost

you sold a water damaged phone? where u sell it and how much u sell it for?

my g2 still turns on u can feel it vibrate but the screen is dead. thought about selling it but it got all my personal info on it

$200 off craigslist... he didn't care for the water damage [pic]

there's an app that you can get on your computer called Android Screencast... connect your phone to your comp and your Android screen will show up on your comp (can control it from comp as well)... take all that personal !! off and then sell it
