| Based Google. But in all seriousness looks like a great product but not many people are going to buy a Chromebook at that price. | |

| 14.1" Touchscreen i5 Intel Processor Ivy Bridge 4gb ram 500 GB Hard Drive with 24gb ExpressCache SSD (24gb is enough to cache your OS and most used applications so it will feel like an SSD for most purposes) Intel HD 4000 (Integrated graphics but will still play any game out at lower settings) Same exact specs as Surface Pro but $400 less. Windows 8 (can add an additional 4gb ram for $28 on amazon by removing a few screws) $699 Why buy a Chromebook for that amount when you can buy a real PC for almost half? Chromebooks dont have any need for an i5 and 4gb of ram. So you can open more tabs in your web browser [pic] Until there are web based applications that will use these resources, your money would be better spent buying the $199 Acer Chromebook which has an x86 processor and is easy expandable to add 4GB more ram and an SSD drive to replace the disk drive that it comes with (the $249 Samsung Chromebook is actually an ARM processor which is much slower even when compared to the underpowered Celeron processor, and is also not upgradable as is the cheaper Acer version). | wouldn't pay that much just to browse the web...at that price you would be better off buying a 13-inch Macbook pro | |

| If you're spending as much as a Mac, you're best just getting a Mac. | |
