Ok, i have the Blackberry Tour with sprint. I've had it for almost a year now. I also have the insurance on it. I would like to upgrade to the Blackberry Bold, but without paying full price. When I had AT&T and the insurance package thru Best Buy, I had no problem getting them to allow me to buy a brand new phone at full price, then fax in the receipt and get my money back. Is there any way to do this with sprint so I can get that new blackberry????

use the option to CHAT with a CSR and go through the process again. You can call also, but some people try to stay away from calling but either or will work.

Sprint sends the confirm email to your PERSONAL email, not the one you made up.

like said above just use chat and ask if my work discount has been activated yet, and when should i be able to see it on my bill, then they will check and tell u its all good and it will show up on ur bill in 1-2 cycles. i did it through chat couple months ago so it shuld be no prob.
