| Blackberries serve their purpose, and iPhones serve theirs. If you're a businessman, Blackberry is the way to go. If you need a more creative outlet, then iPhone (or Droid) is the way to go. End thread. | |

| Background has a serious memory leak problem which completely slows down the iphone while running your battery dead but that is because 3rd Party apps aren't program for Multi-task. Really have yall ever ran a blackberry for a whole day. I forgot no blackberry owners can run it all day without resetting the phone to clear memory. Well Iphone using their bootleg multi-task program(like backgrounder) is just as bad as the Pre OS 5 Blackberry Storm 1 and Curve 8330. And blackberry owner who used those phones know how bad the memory leak was before all their updates. But I do agree Blackberry>>WinMo>>>WebOS>>>>>>>.Iphone>>Android when it comes to business but versitility wise WebOS>>>Android(cause of the openness)>Iphone OS>>>Window Mobile 6.5>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.Blackberry. I'm not going to lie, if you give me a WebOS phone, with Snapdragon, 4.3 480*800 amoled compactive screen, and the touch pro 2 keyboard that I would by the phone with quickness. WebOS IMO is the best OS but the Palm Pre was cheaply made and the Pixi doesnt use last generation spec. Last edited by VictoryThagr8; 02-03-2010 at 10:03 PM.. | |

| you can run a BB all day without resetting it to clear memory all you have to do is close the programs when you get done using them instead of just hitting the 'end' button it's the same with WinMo the people who aren't used to closing their applications are the only ones having memory build-up problems | |

Actually you wrong about closing programs will clear the memory especially from a memory leak. No matter if you close all the apps you will not get all of the memory back and it adds up through out the day till it gets to 0 which you phone will freeze. That is why its called a memory leak.

| Let's see.... I owned a Storm 1 for over a year. After the updates, the s**t was nice as hell IMO. I currently own a Droid, and I can't possibly see how an iPhone fanboy (not talking about anybody, fyi) can point the finger at other ones when the iPhone OUT THE BOX ain't s**t. Remove the app store. f**k how long it takes to jailbreak the phone, you SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT s**t TO RETRIEVE FEATURES ON THIS "GOD" PHONE THAT "LESSER" PHONES COME WITH OUT OF THE BOX. What exactly does the iPhone do BETTER if you remove those two things? I give the iPhone it's credit, but let's be totally honest with ourselves if we're going to play the comparison game. OUT OF THE BOX, the iPhone is superior to.........? Last edited by Ea$e; 02-06-2010 at 05:21 AM.. | |

That question is irrelevant, because the iPhone does have those two things. If it didnt, I wouldnt praise it as the best phone on the market. But, it does.

| Exactly ^ not our fault apple is being a d*ck about it the fact of the matter is the iphone can do it and thats that.. Also backgrounder works quite well on iphone 3gs. No slow down or anything using backgrounder plus pro switcher = best multitask available on the iphone Posted via Mobile Device | |
