not really into the microsoft vs apple vs google wars, i get what i like.

but people need to remember that microsoft's success on the tablet rides on the surface pro which comes out next week... not the surface RT.

One other point for people to consider is that Microsoft couldnt try and really make the price point competitive because their hardware partners would have really gotten pissed.

I imagine as is they are pissed that Microsoft joined the hardware business to begin with so the Surface sales isnt that important because they are high end of people that have the spare cash to throw around, and now days that isnt a lot of people to be fair.

I think the other cheaper hardwares from their partners is something to look out for because they will be priced a lot more competitively, hopefully as the months go on even more so.
