It was annoying the first time I did it, best way to tell you is push up on the part that doesn't have the metal covering it until you can grab the edges at the top with your nails and jiggle the sides until its halfway out and then you can just pull it out. Unfortunately, it's gonna take some practice I didn't get it right until the 3rd time I tried. If you take the battery out before you try, it makes it a lil easier.

I found a website when i was searching for a phone may help. ( ) just click under the cell phones and will pull up phones for all the major companies. Getting the new verizon droid for 149.99 (verizon has it on there site for 199.99) so look into it.

No, you would need a data plan for bbm to work. Or some sort of personal email on your blackberry value pack

blackberrys are very functional. u can get a curve, update it, and it does the same thing as as the TOUR. There are many good" free apps " not free trials.only diff is Tour has better video quality
