So what happens when Samsung loses(seeing as how Apple has so many people in there pocket) and their future phones still !! on the iPhone? What will be the excuses then?

everyone copies off each other...smh if you think apple originated anything they have in their line...theres plenty of !! apple copied from google/microsoft/sammy/etc and vice versa...this just shows that they fear competition rather than welcome it.

Wtf did they invent, the took a phone icon and stuck it in a green box, and a music note and stuck it in a circle. And a generic[..] looking notepad. That ain't no !!in creation. If I drew something and somebody saw it and did it better, ima get to the drawing board and better my !!. Not run to the court like a little !!..

What did they invent...the iPhone. Hate it or love it the !! was a game changer. I think the whole patent war !! is a little over the top, but the evidence don't lie. They are straight up comparing the phones flaws to the iPhone and imitating it.

Icons or not, if the Xbox controller copied the sony controllers icons, (the triangle, square, x, and circle) you don't think Sony would be going at them?? Sony ain't invent the controller but they came up with their own concept of the controller for their system.

And if you drew something that was hot, you would be a fool not to copyright your work so no one else could make money off it. If they drew it better than you, you wouldn't need to step your !! up, because you could sue and get paid for them trying to make money off your hard work. At the end of the day this !! about money. Apple wanna get broke off that money that Samsung getting. We talking about several million dollars on the line, I doubt they give a !! about comp, because windows are always gonna outsell macs, and as cheap as some of them android phones go for they will eventually start outselling the iPhone. Apple, just like any other major company, is cut throat. I can't figure out why niccas find that so hard to understand.

I never once brought up the iPhone. I agree 100% is was a game changer.. but the fact they they bringing up icons is what I'm talking about. Could samsung use a different design, sure. But when the color scheme is based off a green, you go with that color. Look at HTC's phone icon. It looks like what? a phone. Does it have a green box? no but its basically the same design.

What about Nintendo? did they sue Microsoft. I mean ABXY L & R been around since SNES. k!ll that noise.

The whole design is really generic. Albeit Apple put out the better product, but this whole "run to the court because they're copying me" routine is getting old, fast.
