Wrapped Matte Wheels vs Painted Matte Wheels

Basically I have the new GS in white and not too impressed with their design so I want the wheels matte black but don't know which way to go. I need help with input, pros and cons, etc. Obviously there's a price difference the wrap will cost around $250 and the paint will cost around $600. Props for help.
