| i would move audiobahn out of the entry level category. when i think entry level i think under $200 for a decent model...but whatever...and some of these are entry level as far as spl, but great for SQ anyways, add kole audio to the stay away list. | |

| rockford fosgate speakers are the best for HQ speakers when you get there amp also, which is label the best performing amp in the audio world. | |

I did forget about the RFL's only because they were pure[..].....added them to the comp catagory as these subs could not play music AT ALL, got decently loud for SPL though. Didnt add the Jackhammer as it is a marketing gimmick used by MTX and is not available for retail sale (not sure if it ever will be, definetly not practical). | ||

| good info ya'll ...I been looking for a good quality brand besides JL....Man this helps a brotha out alot...I couldn't get any other answer from people on how JL's are the ish and Rockfords are over rated and Memphis audio is just okay..thanks! | |

IDMax's are the ish....cant say anything bad about them as this is the sub I used to break a record or two back in 2003. Another comparable sub would be RE's!!, built along the same lines as the IDMax, it is meant to play music loud while still maintaining accuracy. | ||
