so i gotta 99 grand am sedan......

and i want an indash tv....probably one of the pioneer units...but i dont want a flip out monitor...i want a double din......i was told by 1 installer that its impossible cuz i got a 1.5 din space but another one said it would fit ..just a lil tight tho.......and i seen alot of pictures on cardomain.com with cats who got double dins in theirs...

so u think its possible like 1 guy said or i shouldnt even waste my money n just get the flip out..thanks in advance

you'll probably need some custom work. if your willing to spend the money then go for it. but if not just get a flip out or get nothing

If one dude says that it can be done hten roll with him. I remember my friend got one put in his. But the installed !!ed up his dash. And when he took it out and put in a regular deck the spacer or whatever u wanna call it didnt fit right and the dash looked like !!. So make sure that dude doesnt !! your dash up when hes installing it.

if you plan on keeping your car for a while then go ahead. just make sure that it looks clean when it's installed, don't worry about what it will look like when it's not.
