it looks like the porsche won quarter mile. Not a lot of people race a mile but whatever. It seems to me like gtr isn't the underdog anymore because the price keeps on raising

And if the GTR wasn't such a !!ty driver, the 1/4 would have looked a lot closer.

Porshe driver had normal reaction time, while the GT-R had a terrible .84 reaction time!

I don't even think they drivers are even racing these cars for real, especially buddy in the GTR. He clearly knows he'll make up for the slow start from a dig.

hello no that gtr wasnt seeing that porsche and both cars probably have launch control and gtr is automatic idk what-else can you do besides hold the gas

From what I saw it looked like the GTR drive messed up his launch and got off slow..Ive seen much better starts with GTRs.......

my reaction... "damn that porsche took off" seconds later, "damn that porsche got walked" GTR for the win, awesome race

Bro it's the gearbox that is used why it is slower. AMS gets a special gearbox to withstand the horsepower and torque in their kits but the gearbox might have taller gears etc to help withstand all the extra power, torque from the power curve. GTR running some big turbo's that prob make full boost @ 5000 rpm and he doesn't have an antilag system set up. The turbo's on the GTR are probably designed to run at 1200 or more HP. Porsche's btw launch like monsters. Their tire tracks are huge and the cars are light with all that added power. Porsche probably running smaller turbo's for the dig.

Have you seen better starts with AMS GTR's?? I posted videos a while back with UGR Twin turbo lamborghini's destroying them on launch and top end
