How much money can I get for my 7 series?

i'm selling my '09 750i and i'm wondering how much money i can get for it....

only 120K driven, good condition.

you won't get more than 35-40k from a dealer.

Your best bet is private sale to get the most for your value. The only thing is most people who are smart wouldn't touch that car with such high mileage on it.

I'd go on craigslist and see what the market value is in a 200 mile radius and price it from there. Hopefully you haven't had any accidents. If you kept the service records and serviced regularly you could use it to your advantage for a private sale.

My estimate based on the mileage and private sale would be high 20s to low 30s honestly. The depreciation on the 7 series is wild. Add the fact the new model is out doesn't help either

I was thinking about gettin one next year. They should be at low to mid 30s by then. Have you had any major problems with yours?

The 2009 is still the current body style.

But from looking up listings they are going for 45-50 with average miles. So Sheeed is about right.

Idk why, but 7's depreciate to unbelievable levels. You're looking at low 20's trade in, so selling it yourself is gonna be your best option. Or try CL n maybe try to trade with someone. [pic] That's what I'd do.

not just the 7. most luxury cars depreciate fast after the first few years. the 1 series and 3 series are totally different. you could get a barely 2 year old jag xj for 50 and they cost 80 brand new. damn near half.
