It's not like you see white girls trying to look like black girls. It's usually black girls trying to look like white girls. But for the most part, you see more white dudes acting like the black dudes they see on the t.v.

just an educated thought lol

miss me with that cultural preservation bull!!...france or spain or england or portugal damn sure didn't give a !! about cultural preservation when they stormed through the "new worlds" with bibles and swords, drawing borders and making up areas of sovereign rule.

The problems of the "third world" are all borne from the aftereffects and trauma of colonial domination...the poor huddled masses from former french colonial states taking refuge in france now and "threatening" their cultural homogeneity are poor and huddled because of the very actions that gave france their power

Went to paris and before i went i didnt realize how much of the population had african roots. Was stationed in germany at the time and the only blacks i saw were troops. Sure you would see africans here and there but paris was like going to any hood in america. Was truly an eye opener.

Well on the one hand, it's sad to see such blatant racism still exists.

On the other hand, I'm all for terrible movies being banned.

because that clearly isn't the subtext of doing something like this...I just watched tinker tailor soldier spy with was a french produced film...not a single colored person in the cast. Not saying I have a problem with that considering the story, but why wasn't that banned for "lack of diversity"

bureaucracy is subverted for ideology all the time...using policies meant for one end to support another

you think employees who "work to rule" are really doing it because they care about following company guidelines?

An article about racism in France, how they went from using Jews as a scapegoat to using Arabs (and everyone else with brown skin)
