‘Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ Season Five to premiere at Celebration VI

The exciting news was announced today that “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” Season Five is to premiere at Star Wars Celebration VI. The convention, being held in Orlando next month, is a gathering of fans from across the world. In addition to amazing guests and events that have been previously announced, this premiere is sure to be a focal point of the event.

Scheduled to air beginning in September on Cartoon Network, fans are clamoring to find out where the story will travel to now that Darth Maul has returned. The episode that will be premiering at Celebration VI is titled “Revival”.

Dave Filoni and his team recently announced that they developed a new Clone Trooper for Season Five in homage to a Marvel Comics character. This new character is Commander Thorn and he uses a Rotary Cannon nicknamed ‘The Hammer’. Dave Filoni is a guest at the convention and is the voice of Embo as well as the Supervising Director for "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" television series. In addition to his role on the series, he was the Director of "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" feature film.
