I'll watch the Screener if it's good quality. I mean, those Screeners are being sent out to people BY the director/studio for awards consideration, so if they deem them presentable to people who they want to enjoy them, I deem them presentable to myself. There are exceptions, though. Sometimes a screener is one step above a cam rip and I won't watch it.
But the recent ones that came out (Django, Silver Linings, Zero Dark Thirty, etc) are all very good quality.
I haven't watched a cam rip in years. Sometimes if I'm real bored and theres a movie I really want to see that just came out I'll download one. But I ALWAYS end up closing it and deleting it like five minutes in because of the horrible quality. Even a great quality cam rip is still horrible.
