The Last Airbender: 7/10, the acting was mediocre for some it was awful, but still an enjoyable flick just because it isn't a recycled storyline.

Full Metal Jacket: 7/10: I got this on Netflix last night because people always say it's a classic marine movie but I thought it was mediocre. It didn't transition well, it almost felt like two separate movies. Plot/storyline was sub-par.

It is almost like two movies, it drops off after the training segment but overall is one of the best made war films.

Yea, I guess it just wasn't for me..I'm gonna go back and rewatch certain parts because it barely held my attention after the training segment, but we'll see.

Anyway I watched two movies tonight:

District 9: 7/10, Slow start, but it ended up being a pretty good flick. Not at all what I expected, but the action was decent, and the storyline was pretty good.

Star Trek: 8/10, Good movie, even if you weren't a fan of the original series. Entertaining flick, acting was good.

Just watched Inception for the 5th time. Movie doesnt get old for me it just flows perfectly and doesnt have any dull moments imo. 10/10

The American: 7.5/10 (I cant tell I'm stricter than most on here)

Great acting and well shot. Biggest beefs were with the lack of "juice" the story had and wasn't the biggest fan of the ending.

4. gravy made with real beef juices
5. His camera ran out of juice because he forgot to replace the battery.

True Grit 9.5/10 Superb acting

The Fighter 8/10 Great acting, good writing

The Tourist 1/10 Utter bull!!.

Get Him to the Greek - 6.5/10

Much better then expected. Puffy was actually funny in several scenes. Jonah Hill was his usual funny self. Is Russell Brand acting or playing himself? Either way it works for him in this movie. The plot itself didn't do much for me but I was entertained by Brand and Hill. Also for some reason, maybe do to commercials, I thought Aziz would have a bigger role in the movie.
