That's exactly what I expected.

But like I said the first 20 minutes were cringe worthy.

That scene where the two girls keep talking on the mic after eachother trying to one up eachother dragged on so !!ing long [pic]. I was sitting there in disbelief that they actually thought that scene was funny when filming it. Cringe worthy, absolutely cringe worthy the entire first 20 minutes of the movie. Didn't smirk once. I stood up and had to turn the !! off because I was embarrassed for the actresses while watching them.

No clue how that movie got so much hype.

Bridesmaids is funny but comedy is subjective. I can see why people didn't like it though.

I felt the same way EXACTLY....

My girlfriend & I were watching it, and at some point (during that scene you're talking about), I had to just walk out of the room so I wouldn't have to watch that scene.

Just like Judd Apatow's other movies, it's about 30 minutes too long. I do like it, however. It's not the funniest movie I've seen all year (that title goes to "Horrible Bosses"), and I wouldn't break my neck to see it again. But, it ain't "bad" (except for the wedding speech scene).

my 1st planet of the apes movie, really enjoyed it. maybe because i studied about ape explotation.
