Anderson has gotta pick up his production time... The whole waiting 6 years to make a movie thing is gonna get old quick... Fincher has a few misses, and has the fact that he doesn't write against him... But ultimately, I just boils it down to one thing:

I haven't once walked out of a Theater after seeing a Nolan movie and not been thoroughly and completely pleased that I just went and saw that movie. And I've seen them all in the Theater except "Following" and "Memento".

No other comteporary filmmaker I can say that about. [pic]
I don't mind waiting as long as its quality. Nolan thrives on the technical aspect of filmmaking that's something he's a beast at. I'd definitely give him that over QT or any director mentioned in here.

Why did you start this thread?

Kill Bill dumps on any Nolan film. Projectile, liquid diarrhea.

The end.

Avatar 2 & 3 coming soon....

None of the above were original or intellectually stimulating? One person lacking intellectual depth (you) does not negate the accomplishments of a world reknown director whose movies have grossed over $6 Billion worldwide [pic]

As far as the question of QT or CN....its Apples and Oranges. QT is a real[..] mother!!er. He'll show you !! in his movies that have you stuck like damn that just happend, and he can depict reality, gore, and comedy into one beautiful film (i.e. Pulp Fiction). Nolan's adaptations of Batman have forever changed the movie industry and the Batman franchise. And Inception was an amazing film, especially considering he created that entire concept and film from scratch [pic]

And KYS to the fool who said Memento is better than Pulp Fiction [pic]

Edit: The ^^Fool mentioned above is the same fool who I originally quoted [pic]

"True Lies" was a mindless, if admittedly fun, action flick...

"Titantic" was a corny fukking film for broads, and had already been made in the 1940's as "A Night to Remember"

"Avatar" is the John Smith/Pochantas Story reguritated for the Millionth time.

"T2" was the last good film he made... A Cla#sic.

Both have wasted potential, but Tarantino is the much better writer, has more good films, and his masterpiece is way better (PF vs Memento). I don't even think it is close, and I am not a big fan of either.

Inception wasn't created from scratch, not even close. He is more original than QT but his writing can be better.

Only thing different was the blatantly injected Romance Story. And the Special Effects.
