Iron Man for sure. Out the suit, Bruce wins no doubt, in the suit Iron Man wins. Both dressed up and with time to plan... Tie.

For the most important reason , to me, bc dude actually seems happy sometimes...

Batman is never happy, not even while or just after !!ing Catwoman, what kinda life is that??

id have to go with stark. everything batman can get can his hands on, it seems, stark has built into his armor. plus hes flamboyant. for the most part though theyre very very similar.

Initially I was thinking Bruce because if you take him and Tony out their suits and put them in a room Bruce would demolish Tony. With that said, I have to go with Tony for the simple reason that Bruce had to endure the murk of his parents and his childhood love.

Batman is a better hand to hand fighter than Ironman (who has been trained somewhat by Captain America who in turn is a better fighter than batman)
