Love Paul Mooney but once you watch it you'll see that it really is not that funny. Dude used a lot of his old material. I kind of felt sorry for dude due to him always being on point and fresh. The naked b**ches was cool but it left a feeling of him somewhat selling out.

Thanks for the information, I've been waiting since Jesus was Black, and so was Cleopatra, Know your History to hear another live stand-up special from the great Paul Mooney. I own all of his comedy albums and DVDs and I have no doubt that this will be another great one from Mr. Mooney. He's my absolute favorite comedian because he is introspective, blunt, and he pulls no punches and always let's people know what's on his mind, no matter how offensive, salacious, or controversial it is. He is the GOAT comedian, IMO.

I watched it Saturday. I'm a fan of Paul but it was like watching the first half of Kill the Messenger. 15 mins of new material that was lacking and the rest was old material remixed.

what about richard pryor? how about george carlin? no way mooney. carlin was light years ahead of him.

you do know mooney wrote alot of richard pryors s**t right? carlin... mey he was ok but he was around alot of the greats like pryor and mooney(car wash he was the cab driver) so its like osmosis. Mooney is a funny dude without trying can't say that about the others!

and mooney sucked btw. i turned it off before it was officially over. his racism isnt even funny anymore and you think this hack is the best?

being white has nothing to do with knowing whats funny and whats not. if you like low brow racism than sure mooney is a genius. you can make fun of white people all you want if its funny. his older stuff was funny. this stand up special was super f**king lame. had about 3 good laughs in the whole show.

and how can you be considered great when you can only make black people laugh? he has no variation in his comedy.

that special was f**king weak, i dont care what color you are.
