Thanks to a heads up from Batman-News take a look at this poster for the upcoming Oscars that will air on February 26 of this year. The poster features Heath Ledgers iconic portrayal as The Joker in The Dark Knight. The tag lines for the posters have been "We Showed You" and continuing on with that this posters tag line is "We Showed You How To Be Mad".

As most of you are well aware Ledger passed away before The Dark Knight was released. Ledger went on to win an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his legendary performance as The Joker with his family accepting the award on his behalf. The Oscars will air on February 26, 2012.

I have actually met him back in the day down here in Australia when he was starting in hollywood movies....dude was a clown...really arrogant

Id be in the 10% but a lot of his movies I didn't like. I did like his performance in Lords of Dogtown

Rock and Roll and Jousting... how the hell can you go wrong? Plus he had a really good supporting cast in it. I have watched Knight's Tale about 20 times cause it is just an overall fun movie.

He was great in the Patriot but got overshadowed by Mel Gibson throwing hand axes at people.
